About Disciples of Christ in Community (DoCC) Training

Ever wonder what difference Christian faith can really make in your life? Are you ready to dig deeper into faith, community, discipleship and your relationship with Jesus? Take a journey inward to the heart and soul of Christianity as you experience being the church as a small, caring fellowship with Disciples of Christ in Community (DoCC).

The Winter/Spring 2012 Session began on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. The sessions run Tuesday evenings for 14 weeks through April 3. The program begins at 6:30 p.m. with light refreshments and fellowship time in the Library, followed by a presentation and small group meetings from 7:00-8:45 p.m. The evening ends with Compline. Regular attendance is required for the success of the experience for you and your small group. Attendees should be able to commit to a minimum of 12 sessions plus the Saturday DoCC retreat which will be held on January 14, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Parish House. Cost to participate is $45 (payable to St. James' with "DoCC" in the memo line); scholarships are available. Contact Beth Lam through the Church Office with questions or to register.
